Watching people progress is my favorite part of this work — I truly love helping people work toward and achieve their goals. I hold two personal training certifications (ACE and NCSF) and have 10+ years of experience.
I especially enjoy working with beginners and watching the quick progress made in those early stages of strength training. I have broad experience with the general population and have worked with kids as young as 10, seniors as old as 91, and every age in between.
Some of my favorite interests outside of the gym are hiking, mountain biking, movies, cocktails, and reading.

I'm a certified personal trainer who knows what it takes to help you reach your fitness goals. Numerous clients of all ages have successfully attained strength and flexibility through my direction.
I come from a background in computer science, but I've found that working with people to help them attain their fitness goals is far more rewarding. I'm passionate about fitness myself, with experience in weight training, biking, and triathlons — including Ironman — as well as hiking.
Let me help you move in the direction of success.

Natalie is a Certified Personal Trainer and National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). She earned her Master of Science in Kinesiology–Integrative Wellness from PLNU and her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy from SDSU. She is passionate about helping people build strength, confidence, and sustainable healthy habits through movement, believing in the harmony of well-being across physical, mental, and emotional health — and that exercise and nutrition should be acts of self-care and respect rather than punishment.
