  • Waiver information: if you sign a liability waiver, it is collected and stored by our waiver provider (Waiver.fr) on our behalf.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics or tracking pixels on this site. Pages that embed Google Maps may set cookies controlled by Google.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiries and schedule sessions or consultations.
  • To provide personal training and related services you request.
  • To process payments for the packages you purchase.
  • To keep records required to operate our business, including signed waivers.
